An original Day Dreams photography project exploring impermanence, fate and our hidden side or shadow side.

Amor Fati began as a simple collaboration between Simone and Day Dreams. Shot against a bare wall with a single constant light, the series strips away distraction and places the focus entirely on the subject.

Wearing Thistle and Spire, Simone moves through a series of deliberate poses that that show off her strength and composure.

Amor Fati asks us to reflect on the concept of impermanence. Youth changes, everything changes. The people we love... Amor Fati encourages us to face that truth without turning away; to accept what time takes while recognizing that love, memories, and the impact we leave on one another are never entirely lost.
